My approach considers physical, nutritional, environmental and emotional components in order to identify nutritional imbalances, assess potential causes, and then present personalized recommendations, tailored to your daily life.
1:1 consultation
As part of personalized support, private consultation sessions aim to address the root cause of your symptoms, restore and then maintain your vitality for an optimal well-being.
A program includes a comprehensive health assessment, personalized dietary recommendations, a tailored lifestyle plan, tips to help you reach your goals and tricks to help you overcome certain obstacles.
1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
During the assessment meeting, we will discuss your health history, your symptoms, your concerns, your limitations and what you would like to achieve in terms of well-being. Following this meeting, I will confirm the outline of the personalized program.
2. Goals definition
If you go ahead with the personalized program, I will define your goals in a realistic and tangible way according to what you want to achieve and considering your daily reality. I will also present the details of the program that will help you reach these goals.
3. START OF THE PROGRAM
Once you begin to integrate the recommendations of the program, I remain available if you have any questions or concerns. I can also share additional tools with you if needed to facilitate your progress.
4. MEETING RESULTS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Upon completion of the program, you will have the tools and knowledge to maintain healthy eating and lifestyle habits for balanced well-being, and we can discuss the new goals you would like to achieve to continue improving your health.
I give receipts in naturopathy for reimbursement from your insurance (I'm a member of RITMA).
PERSONALIZED WORKSHOPS
In order for you to explore the therapeutic benefits of food and the principles of wellness associated with specific health conditions, I develop several workshop sessions that allow you to dig into certain learnings in an interactive way. These workshops can take place in person or online, in a group or 1:1 format.

If you need inspiration for a balanced diet, I design complete menus based on your food preferences, nutritional needs and health goals. Whether it's for your family, yourself or for an event, I offer a series of meals that contain fresh, whole foods and the optimal combination of nutrients so you can eat healthily, simply and joyfully.
YOGA CLASSES
Develop your practice in classes designed to release tension, work on breathing, strengthen the body, get out of your head, and connect with yourself.
I offer private classes according to your needs, tailor-made workshops to deepen certain postures as well as group classes. Whether online or in person, I offer Vinyasa or Ashtanga classes. I am also available for regular classes at a studio and/or at work.
MEDITATION CLASSES AND MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS
Meditation is about opening up and relaxing with everything that arises (thoughts, emotions, sensations), without sorting, selecting or judging anything. It's a practice that teaches us to let go. By focusing on the breath, we learn to feel rather than control. Through practice, we develop and train our mind to better regulate our emotions and thoughts, in order to stay present in the impermanence of things, situations and events.
In guided sessions, I invite you to slow down and help you navigate the present moment. Breaking with your automatic "doing" mode to adopt the "being" mode. I give you tools to calm the mind, listen to what arises, soothe resistance and develop compassion.
