Private consultation sessions aim to address the root cause of your symptoms, restore and then maintain your vitality for optimal well-being.

The protocol includes a complete health assessment, personalized dietary recommendations, a tailored lifestyle plan, tips to help you reach your goals, and tricks to help you overcome certain obstacles.

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

Based on your health history, symptoms, concerns and limitations, I will identify imbalances, assess potential root causes and set realistic goals.

2. PROTOCOL PRESENTATION

Following a comprehensive analysis, during a second meeting, I will present the dietary, lifestyle and supplementation recommendations tailored to your profile.

3. beginning of the protocol

Once you start integrating the recommendations, I remain available if you have any questions or concerns. I also share additional tools as needed to help you progress.

4. MEETING RESULTS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

During follow-up meetings, I provide tools and advice to facilitate the integration of new habits, make adjustments and propose new recommendations to ensure the sustainability of your progress.

I give receipts in naturopathy for reimbursement from your insurance (I'm a member of RITMA).


TAILORED WORKSHOPS

In order for you to explore the therapeutic benefits of food and the principles of wellness associated with specific health conditions, I develop several workshop sessions that allow you to dig into certain learnings in an interactive way. These workshops can take place in person or online, in a group or 1:1 format.

In a series of pre-recorded sessions, I inform you about the physical, emotional, hormonal and neurological impacts of certain conditions, the potential root causes and how to address them to reduce or even eliminate your symptoms thanks to natural solutions such as diet, lifestyle habits and supplementation. I'll also provide you with a toolbox for integrating these strategies on your own, as well as talking points to discuss with your doctor so you can make informed decisions.

YOGA CLASSES

Develop your practice in classes designed to release tension, work on breathing, strengthen the body, get out of your head, and connect with yourself.

I offer private classes according to your needs, tailor-made workshops to deepen certain postures as well as group classes. Whether online or in person, I offer Vinyasa or Ashtanga classes. I am also available for regular classes at a studio and/or at work.

MEDITATION CLASSES AND MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS

Meditation is about opening up and relaxing with everything that arises (thoughts, emotions, sensations), without sorting, selecting or judging anything. It's a practice that teaches us to let go. By focusing on the breath, we learn to feel rather than control. Through practice, we develop and train our mind to better regulate our emotions and thoughts, in order to stay present in the impermanence of things, situations and events.

In guided sessions, I invite you to slow down and help you navigate the present moment. Breaking with your automatic "doing" mode to adopt the "being" mode. I give you tools to calm the mind, listen to what arises, soothe resistance and develop compassion.
